AttorneyBorn and raised in Bulgaria, Ms. Aritonova’s passion for immigration law comes from her personal experience with the difficulties associated with the immigration process. As a result, she has dedicated her legal career to helping individuals and families meet their personal and business immigration goals and needs.
Nina Aritonova holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from California State University – Northridge. Ms. Aritonova obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2010. While at Loyola Law School, Ms. Aritonova was a staff writer and an articles editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
In addition, in 2018, Ms. Aritonova obtained a Master’s Degree in European Union Law from the prestigious Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Sofia, Bulgaria and University of Lorraine, France.
Ms. Aritonova has experience in a variety of areas including I-130 petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, removal of conditions on residency, affirmative asylum, work permits, advance parole, non-immigrant visas (B-2, F, K-1, O), Requests for Evidence, and Notices of Intent to Deny.
Ms. Aritonova is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Macedonian. She is also conversant in Serbian, Russian, and German.
In her spare time Ms. Aritonova enjoys playing tennis, volunteering, and watching sports.
